To keep things fair for all guests and to help us manage limited RV spaces—especially during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta—please review our reservation and cancellation policies below.

Regular Stays (Non–Balloon Fiesta Dates)

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible.

• Cancel 7 days or more before your arrival:
  Receive a full refund, minus a $10 non-refundable processing fee.
• Cancel 3–7 days before your arrival:
  Receive a 50% refund, minus the $10 processing fee.
• Cancel less than 3 days before arrival or no-show:
  No refund.
  (This also applies if you shorten your stay after check-in.)

Changing Your Dates

If you need to adjust your reservation, we’re happy to help!
Date changes are allowed if requested in advance and based on availability.
Rates may vary depending on your new dates.

Balloon Fiesta Stays (Special Event Dates)

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is our busiest and most exciting time of year! Because every site fills up quickly, we require advance deposits and have a special policy during this period.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Cancel on or before September 15
  Receive your deposit back, minus a $10 non-refundable processing fee.
• Cancel after September 15 or no-show:
  No refunds.
  (This also applies to early departures once checked in.)

Changing Your Dates

Date changes during Balloon Fiesta are very limited, but we’ll do our best to help if you notify us well in advance and if space is available.

Site Type & Placement

Please note:
We cannot guarantee a specific site type (back-in or pull-through) during Balloon Fiesta.
Depending on the size of your rig and overall park layout, we may need to adjust site assignments to make sure everyone fits comfortably.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate your preferences when possible.

Credit Card Fees

Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.
